We recommend 1-2 teaspoons of common household floor cleaner.
You can use powder detergent; however we recommend using liquid detergent to make sure it is 100% dissolved every time. We do not recommend using Bleach or fabric softeners.

We recommend immersing the mop head in the washing chamber twice for the optimal moisture level.
Yes! The wringer allows you to customize your mositure level to be compatible with all floor types, particularly parket/wooden floors.

Yes, you can use the H2prO Flat Mop to clean walls and ceilings. Ensure the pad has the right moisture level, your paint is washable, and the cleaner you use is safe for painted surfaces. Always test on an inconspicuous area first.
Yes, H2prO can be used with hot water, however not boiling water.
The pad can be attached/detached up to 400 times.
The bucket and frame are made of recycled plastic. The rest of the elements are not made of recycled materials
The actual wringer removes the dirt and the hair every time the pad is scrapped against it. All the dirt is deposited in the dirty water container.
No, we do not recommend using PACS Hard Floor Cleaner with the H2prO. PACS were designed for larger mop buckets; as a result, the detergent concentration will be too high and they might not fit throught the opening of the water tank.

The energy used to push the pad into the bucket is transformed to activate an internal pump that sprays the water.

You should empty the dirty water chamber after every other refill, or when you finishing cleaning.
Store wherever you like. Simply, empty the bucket, and slide the mop in the wringer part of the bucket, and let it stand vertically. The bucket is compact enough to fit under sinks or in cabinets.
To remove limescale from the waters, fill the clean water tank with your favorite descaling agent (we recommend vinegar). Then run the system several times until water tank is empty. Fill with water and run the system several times again to rinse away any traces of the descaling agent.

The H2prO mop refill can be washed in the washing machine or by hand. After washing it simply hang it like you would hang any other cloth or piece of clothing. Do not tumble dry.

No, H2prO refills are not compatible with other O-Cedar flat mops and vice versa.
We recommend replacing your mop head every 6 months or as needed. Keep extras on hand and use a fresh refill for each room, to avoid spreading bacteria from one room to another.
