  • Is there a warranty on O-Cedar® Products?

    We have a satisfaction guarantee warranty on all of our products. For product related issues, please submit a Product Support Inquiry and a member on our support team will help assist you.

  • What is microfiber and why is it used in O-Cedar® mops?

    Microfiber is a highly absorbent material that is excellent at removing tough dirt and grime. O-Cedar microfiber mops are machine-washable.

  • How should I wash my microfiber mop head refill?

    To clean your microfiber refill, machine or hand wash in warm water. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Lay flat or hang to dry.

  • How often do I need to change my microfiber mop head refill?

    We recommend you change your mop head refill every 3 months. A simple reminder is to change your refill with the Seasons.

  • How much cleaning solution do I need to use in the ProMist® MAX Microfiber Spray Mop?

    The microfiber mop head on the ProMist MAX can be used with your favorite cleaning solution. Just fill the bottle with water and add 2 teaspoons of your solution. We do not recommend using bleach or wax with you ProMist MAX.

  • Where can I purchase a replacement handle for my EasyWring Spin Mop?

    Replacement handles for the EasyWring Spin Mop & Bucket System can be purchased online from Amazon or Walmart .

  • Where can I get a replacement red triangular base for my EasyWring Spin Mop?

  • Can I obtain a replacement for part of my O-Cedar® product that I lost or accidentally threw out?

    Some individual parts for O-Cedar® products can be purchased directly from us over the phone. Please call us at 1.800.543.8105 (Mon-Fri, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. CT).

  • How does the EasyWring RinseClean Spin Mop work?

    We developed a two-tank system to separate clean and dirty water. There is a red lever on the Clean Water tank that when pulled up allows for a continuous flow of clean water so you’re always mopping with fresh water.

  • Is the RinseClean microfiber mop head smaller than the EasyWring Spin Mop?

    The red triangle-shaped frame and connector on the refill is smaller than EasyWring, but the actual microfiber mop strings are longer to provide the same great cleaning performance with improved maneuverability to reach into tight spaces.

  • How do I clean out the RinseClean clean water tank?

    Rinse and drain the clean water tank with water after use.  Air dry by leaving the blue fill cap and red flow valve open.
